Data Deletion

GlowApp is operated by CV San Siro Media, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022), you may request deletion of your personal data at any time. Follow the instructions below for your user type.

Salon owners (account holders)

1. In the app (fastest): log in to your account at glowapp.id → Settings → Profile → scroll to the delete-account section → confirm. Your account and associated data (salon profile, services, staff, bookings, and conversations) will be deleted.
2. By email: send a request from the email address registered to your account to info@glowapp.id with the subject "Data Deletion".

Salon customers (WhatsApp / booking users)

If you have contacted a salon through GlowApp's WhatsApp assistant or made a booking, email info@glowapp.id stating your WhatsApp number and (if known) the salon's name. We will delete your conversation data and booking details from our systems.

What happens after your request

• We verify your identity, process the deletion, and send confirmation within 30 days of receiving the request.
• Certain data may be retained longer only where required by law (e.g. transaction records), and remains protected during that period.
• Copies of messages in your own WhatsApp app are outside our control — delete those via your WhatsApp app.
