Terms of Service

1. The service

GlowApp provides a platform for salons and beauty businesses: a public profile page (services, staff, and opening hours), booking/appointment intake, and a WhatsApp-based AI assistant that answers customer enquiries and helps with bookings. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued as the service evolves.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• Accounts are intended for legitimate business owners or managers. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free and paid plans

Some features are free. Paid features (where available) are billed at the prices and periods shown at subscription. We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

4. GlowApp's role in bookings

GlowApp is an intermediary platform. The agreement for salon services (price, quality, scheduling, cancellations, refunds) is between the salon and its customer. We are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for services provided by salons.

5. The AI assistant

AI assistant replies are generated automatically from the information the salon enters (services, prices, opening hours). While designed to be accurate, AI replies may be wrong or incomplete. Salons are responsible for keeping their business information correct and current, and for verifying incoming bookings. Do not use the AI assistant for medical advice.

6. WhatsApp and third-party services

Messaging features depend on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and other infrastructure providers. We do not control and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or discontinuation of those third-party services. Customers' use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own terms.

7. Prohibited use

• Using the service for spam, fraud, unlawful content, or infringement of others' rights.
• Uploading content you have no rights to, or others' personal data without a lawful basis.
• Disrupting, unreasonably burdening, or attempting to access our systems without authorisation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (names, photos, service descriptions) and grant us a licence to display it in order to operate the service. The GlowApp platform — including its software, design, and brand — is ours and protected by law.

9. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or IDR 1,000,000 if using the free service). We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service with reasonable notice, or immediately in the event of a breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be pursued amicably; failing that, they will be resolved in the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali.
